Processing & Packing Time

  • A confirmation order email will be sent to your registered email address when the order has been successfully processed.
  • Ready stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 
  • A tracking and shipping email will be sent once the order has been dispatched for delivery.
  • New launches and sales periods may give rise to delays in processing time due to the surge in sales.

  • Provincial: P180 
  • Same Day Delivery: price varies on location
    • You may opt to have your orders delivered on the same day after the payment has been verified

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days from shipping date
  • Provincial: 5-7 business days from shipping date 

Delays or Lost Parcel

Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your parcels are under the responsibility of our third party couriers and we shall not be responsible for any delays or lost parcel in post if proof of postage is provided.

Bounced Parcel

If your parcel is bounced, we will contact you via email. The cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will not be liable for lost parcel due to incomplete or wrong address. We will only bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
