Return / Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are only valid in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery process. We are happy to exchange any defective items that you have purchased from us with a product of equal or similar value.

You can return a product within 5 days from the date you receive your shipment. Items must be returned with its original packaging.

Kindly send us an email to info@wrapitnails-ph.com with your order number, attached with the photo of defect(s).
